When I was 18, I got my Real Estate License (I’m currently 32). I was “in” Real Estate, but I never took it seriously. Mainly, because I was young and wanted to create a product or service that would change the world. I dabbled in multiple businesses such as: an apartment finding company, marketing company, an iPhone app, and so much more. And, what did I learn in the end? In order to become truly successful, you have to commit to one thing and be the best at it.
Ever since, I’ve been committed to Real Estate and I’ve never looked back. I can truly say that since that time, I have never been so happy. I teach, coach, sell, and invest i.e. everything I do is in REAL ESTATE. The best part about this field is that if one strategy isn’t working, you can always pivot to another. For example, if the market is hot and you’re doing great as a Real Estate agent, that’s awesome. But what happens when the market takes a dip? Are you going to give up? NO! — Just simply pivot and become an investor.
This industry is truly one of the most fulfilling occupations you can ever have. It’s not always easy, but you will experience so many different scenarios and learn so much about people. You will never get bored and you’ll always want to come back for more.
