Why you Need Michigan Real Estate Continuing Education (6 Hours)

To keep a real estate license active in Michigan, 6 hours of Michigan real estate continuing education is required each year. Taking the course is important in order to make sure that the agent is up to date with the latest laws and regulations updated by the state. By staying up to date each year, this ensures consumer protection as well as assurance when making transactions. If you are in a holding company, you are also required to complete continuing education to stay active within your holding company.

Here at the Michigan Institute of Real Estate, we can help keep your license active! Our classroom courses are taught by the Michigan Institute of Real Estate’s founder and president, Namir George. With over 30 years of experience under his belt, he knows what it takes to have a successful career in real estate. We offer the six hour real estate continuing education course in many locations to accommodate all students: Southfield, Livonia, Flint, Ann Arbor, Troy, Dearborn, Bloomfield Hills, Frankenmuth, Clarkston, and St. Clair. Furthermore, we provide many different dates running from now until the deadline of December 31st. We offer continuing education courses as online classes or home studies as well to fit all schedules. Regardless of which method a student chooses, each of them include the 2 Hour Legal Update that is required by the state of Michigan. Our courses are efficient, state specific, and updated regularly.
